Das C-Profil Nut 6<\/strong>\u00a014×10 <\/strong>ist ein kompaktes Aluminiumprofil des CSP-Systems<\/strong> f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungsschienen, Anschl\u00e4ge und flexibel positionierbare Befestigungen. Die C-f\u00f6rmige Profilgeometrie bildet einen durchgehenden F\u00fchrungskanal und erm\u00f6glicht es, passende Befestigungs- oder Positionierelemente entlang der Schiene variabel anzuordnen.<\/p>\n

Das leichte Profil eignet sich besonders f\u00fcr verstellbare Anschl\u00e4ge, F\u00fchrungsschienen, Vorrichtungen, Fr\u00e4s- und Arbeitstische sowie kompakte Montage- und Positionierl\u00f6sungen<\/strong>. Mit nur ca. 0,163 kg\/m<\/strong> l\u00e4sst es sich platz- und gewichtssparend in Maschinen-, Werkstatt- und Vorrichtungskonstruktionen integrieren.<\/p>\n

Gefertigt aus EN AW-6063 T66<\/strong>, ist das CSP 6 standardm\u00e4\u00dfig silber oder schwarz eloxiert erh\u00e4ltlich. Optional ist eine pressblanke Ausf\u00fchrung f\u00fcr ESD-Anwendungen verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n

Die M\u00f6glichkeiten der mechanischen Bearbeitung reichen bei uns von\u00a0Bohren, CNC-Fr\u00e4sen, S\u00e4gen, Gewindeschneiden, Ausklinken, Fixl\u00e4ngen, Stanzen, Entgraten, Trowalisieren, Biegen, Kerben, Schleifen, B\u00fcrsten, Polieren, Folieren\u00a0bis hin zu\u00a0Sonderverpackungen und w\u00e4rmeged\u00e4mmten Profilen.<\/strong><\/p>\n
